Hello friends! If you're here, its probably because you're somewhat interested in Sports and Exercise Psychology. I am blessed to have built a career in high-performance sport and continue to learn so much every single day. As I continue to work in this space, my goal is to share as much of that knowledge with YOU!
A little bit about me.
I am a first generation South-Asian Canadian female. My journey in sport started when I was a young athlete enjoying soccer, swimming, field hockey, track and field and basketball. I began my high-performance career at the age of 17 when I was selected for the Canadian women's field hockey team and never looked back. I play field hockey on the weekends
I'm part of a basketball fantasy league.. I'm not very good
