Level Up - Coaches Forum (FREE)

Welcoming ALL coaches, athletes and volunteers for an afternoon full of inspiration. As coaches, we spend a lot of time on athlete development yet rarely focus on ourselves. At the Coaches Forum we are shifting that attention, and focusing on your development and success as leaders in your sport. You will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the sporst industry and are guaranteed to walk away with a new sense of confidence! This year we have a jam packed itinerary focusing on strength and conditioning (how to integrate fitness into your training sessions), sports psychology (buliding team culture as a coach) and will hear from an olympic bronze and gold medalist Kate Richardson -Walsh (Assistant Coach of the Canadian Women's Field Hockey team, formerly with the olympic gold medalists 2016, Great Britian).
